Shipping policy

Once your order is placed by you, you will get an email confirmation from us with your order number and details of your buy. When the product is picked up by our delivery partners, the tracking details will be shared with you so you are updated on the delivery status.

Products have different delivery times (stated on the product page) We process orders as soon as they are received and endeavor to deliver asap.
If there are any reasons for us not being able to process your order or any unforeseen delays, we will get in touch and keep you informed or refund you accordingly in store credit. 

Free Shipping in India and International.

Linid offers worldwide free shipping. Reach out to hello@linid.In with any questions about International shipping abilities.
All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express/ Delhivery/courier via. Shipping times are not guaranteed and do not account for the 24 hour order processing window.

TURNAROUND TIME

We take up to 5-7 business days to ship orders out. Thereafter, expect your package to be delivered anywhere between 7-15 days depending on your location. Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation with tracking details.

Lost packages:
Please note that once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Linid is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier.
